Hi, This query is regarding hiv infection by food items. 2. In our cities, street vendors sell fruit chat, pani puri (golguppa) etc. If stall vendor is hiv infected and has bleeding wounds/ cuts etc. The fruit chat items cut by him and pani puri water / other chat items gets contaminated by his blood in one way or other. Then what are possibilities of getting hiv infection to a person eating these items. Please explain in details. Thanks.

You don't get HIV from Pani Puri, chat, BHEL. Otherwise the entire country could have been infected. These are hoax stories erupting every now and then. Worry about unprotected sex with strangers, or outside marriage.
