I am beyond 70. have completed cataract operation two years ago. My eye sight was very bright But now the distance is not very clear but not bad also I cd see bus no when it comes closer. I have dry eyes So I keep using refresh drops. How many times I shd use? I use just once in the morning only after getting up. I do not find or experience of any impact. I feel whether it is very much needed Can I cure dryness due to diet by consuming flaxseed by not putting drops.
