Exercise and diet both works together. None of them alone would do. In diet, start having more fibre to fill your stomach fast and less in calories. It includes salads, multigrain roti, veggies and whole fruits, yogurt, nuts, etc. Cut down on oil intake to 2-3 tbsp a day. Divide your meals throughout the day every 3 hrs and have very light dinner.
