I am very over weight. But I want to loose weight as much as I can. I tried green organic coffee but I think it affects my eyes so I stopped taking it. I workout whenever I get time. Also my diet is not proper some eggs in the morning rice in lunch and fast food or readymade food in dinner. I have very hectic schedule. I have to work away from home for 13 hours. Please suggest something to me. I look over aged.

To need to correct your eating habits. Take only egg whites will a bowl full of vegetables. Reduce rice intake and have plenty of salads before lunch and dinner. Keep a bowl of nuts with you to avoid eating fast food outside.
