Dear lybrate-user, - Burning in chest & vomiting sensation after eating can be due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hers before bedtime - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet daily morning half an hour before breakfast - to lower your BP have more of fibre containing foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, pulses, sprouts, have low fat milk & milk products, healthy fats as in olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, seafood - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, also foods containing saturated & trans fats - do regular exercise, walking, jogging for 20-30 min, also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing to destress & lower your BP - reduce weight by diet & exercise - check BP regularly & blood sugar, cholesterol levels - consult a doctor if not much improvement you would require medication.
