Hello I am 25 year old. After 2 month I am getting married on 18 Feb. My skin is not glowing. please suggest diet chart for acne free glowing skin. Thanks.

First of all congratulations for your wedding. If your skin is not glowing, then you need to first understand the cause for lack of glow It could be because of problem in diet or too much stress or too little exercise or effect of pollution. I would suggest that you include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet and take at least 2-3 litres of water. Taking lemon in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning helps. Try to avoid eating out more than once a week or eating fried or very sweet thing. Also some people get pimples from milk or milk products, so you should avoid it if you are one of them.
