I'm 32 week pregnant. I have pain in my pelvic bone. It is more when I try to change my position like sitting to standing, sleeping to sitting or sleep position. How can I get rid of this pain? Why am I getting pain? This is my second pregnancy. First was c section delivery due to breech presentation of baby.

Pelvic girdle pain is commonly experienced by pregnant women ,it's because relaxing hormone is released during pregnancy ,this hormone loosens the joint ligaments so that joints get LAX and baby can easily pass through pelvis. You can tie a pelvic support belt .do pelvic floor and abdominal exercises lie in Lt lateral position with knees bent and pillow between legs. Do not strain yourself ,take adequate rest do not climb up and down the stairs frequently avoid standing on one leg you can apply volini gel and hot water bottle.
