Sir/Madam I been a frequent masturbate (2-3 times in a day). Now I decided to stop that habit and rearrange it by once in a week. I been moving foreword with it. But, I am getting turned on so easily. And everyday I am having testicle pain at night. I can't walk. I can't move I can't do anything. But after a sleep it will be OK. Years ago 4 years ago when I did first sex I also had this issue. That time I wasn't a masturbate. I don't know why it so. What should I do? I am in a stage that loosing all the confidence in myself. Please help.

Testicle pain is normal when taking a break after masturbation, apply ice-pack or ice covered in a a cloth over it when ever you feel pain it will subside in few minutes. Stop masturbation completely it will do lots of benefits to you. Tc.
