I am 25 years old. Last week I had an allergic reaction to antibiotic. After that I got hives at various places including fingers and lips. The foreskin also got deformed, it also used to remain wet due to some fluid accumulation underneath the skin. I have almost recovered but today I noticed that I'm not able to retract my foreskin even a bit. Can you please help me? What shall I do?
