I'm suffering from quality sleep issue. I get wakeup around 2 am to 4 am. That time, my eyes become dry & heavy strain. Day goes well & if I get sleep again but day would be worse if I don't get sleep again. I have taken treatment from Neuro physician but not completely solved. Getting lot of side effects when I continue those medicines. I do walk for 45 minutes everyday & do yoga for 40 minutes. Thank you in advance.
