I am 21 now, I have my menstruation started at the age of 12. Since then it has been very irregular, sometimes the gap between two periods is 2-3 months. Still I have the same problem. But this time it has been 3.5 months over after my last period. I always suffer from lower abdominal pain before starting the cycle. I am feeling that cramp in my lower abdomen for last 2 day, but yet there is no sign pf starting the cycle. What should I do now?

Got your pain n concern though it's unfortunate but now it really need to evaluate with clinical examination and by blood investigations like thyroid function test and sos USG whole abdomen and pelvis for pcos. Ayurved offers great outcomes with such issues. Till you consult with AYURVEDIC college Hospital in your city, engage in Healthier habits of food exercise adequate calming sleep. Have Laddus of Black gram flour shallow fried in Till oil and his jaggery to add sweetness. Dates shallow fried with cow ghee.
