When I lift some weight for some time, my hand shakes and I feel my hand has become very weak. Please advice some tips.

Dear Lybrate user, - Your weakness is due to improper diet & exercise - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew, peanuts - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, playing an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week to build muscles & stamina.
