Hi I have a query, when I flew a few days ago my head started aching just above my eyebrows the pain was so acute like my nerve was about to explode! It's very severe and acute! I am in my first trimester, it's like a Nightmare when I think of the moment of flying back home I am petrified .I browsed in Internet and they say it's very common and ibrufen will soothe the pain, at the same time chances of miscarriages are high during your first trimester! So I cannot take those tablets. Can you please suggest me what else can be done to avoid this pain as I have a flight back to India in a few days. The pain kept shifting from the left eyebrow to the right like some fluid .kindly help.

It may or may not be due to flight. You are still in pain. No need to worry. You can have paracetamol after meals. No doubt some medicines are avoided in 1st trimester but 1 or 2 dose don't cause any problem. Wishing you a healthy life.

Better avoid any mediction during the first trimester, unless the pain is severe and intolerable avoid tabs otherwise Tab paracetamol should be sufficient. It is unlikely that the pain is due to flying .Get yourselfevaluated if not relieved by pain killer.
