My skin is very dull dry and have no glow what should I eat to get glowing healthy skin in 15 days.

15 days is very short duration to overcome. Have plenty of water daily. Consume fresh food avoid oli and junk food. Have good sleep. Try to do meditation at least for 15 mins daily. Have cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of pur ghee at bed time.
