Hello sir. My weight is 68 kg & height is 5'9.I want to reduce my belly fat. So irritating I feel .How much time it will take to reduce fat. I started aerobic for 1 week before. What should I do? My weight is good or not? Pls give me some suggestions. Is it necessary to take less calories to reduce food? If yes ,how much daily meal I should take?
