Hi, When I workout I was using body gainer san gainer now I stop workout. I am looking very week. Can you suggest me what should I do to increase muscles .

Hello, Include protein rich foods such as sprouts, pulses, paneer, chicken, fish, eggs, dals etc daily and snack on fruits at least 2 times a day. Eat 20% extra portions in your main meals. Eat dense foods such as dry fruits, nuts, milkshakes, lassi etc. All the best!
