I'm suffering from high blood pressure. Had high bp because of kidney disease. Once creatinine reached 1.6 then come back to the 1.5. I'm only taking medicine for high bp. But facing some symptoms of kidney disease. Ex. - chest pain around the heart. Skin itching, feel exhausted sometimes headache etc. So I need to take treatment for kidney or only need to treat high blood pressure.

Yes, you may be suffering from Hypertensive Nephropathy or its renal hypertension. Please monitor your Bp regularly & your BP target should be lower then 130/84 mm of Hg.
