I suffered a tendon injury in my ankle last year and have not still recovered from it despite doing physiotherapy. The MRI states that I don't have any issue in my ankle. I have weak glutes and hamstrings. The MRI states an issue of personal tendonitis. What should I do. Can you give me a primary solution?
