Dear Lybrate user, you have pocket formation in your injured tooth. You need curatage of bleeding teeth. After curatage take antibiotics and pain killer since 7 days. After curatage avoid chewing from injured tooth, since medicines are continued. You will be fine in 7 days.
Kindly get it checked again for any periodontal pocket. An get the periodontal pocket cleaned. By dentist probably the depth of pocket would reduce. And problem that you are suffering from would come down.
Maintain your oral hygiene. Gargle your mouth after each meal. Use hexidine mouthwash.
You may consult me through lybrate...for Homoeopathic treatment... Till then take Kreosote 30 TDs... For 2-3 days... And use Homoeopathic toothpaste heklalava by wheezal. Take Vitamin C supplements..
