Hi, Currently I am over weight and due to the work load I am not finding much time to do exercise. From last week I have started going to office by walk, almost 10 km I complete per day. Kindly guide if this is fine or does it impact to my death.Please suggest me something for that.

Dear user this is the last option that you have else you can walk for some tym after dinner or you can do yoga early morning but if you r not able to do any of them then the walk that you are doing is ok.

Walk is a good exercise. Continue it. Reduce oily foods and sweets. Drink more water and take 2-3 fruits daily. Target at reducing 2 kgs per month. This way in one year you will be completely fit and fine.
