Hallo sir, actually I Need your advice to keep myself fit and energetic. My Weight Is 67. Do I Really Need To Reduce It?

You are lying on ideal body weight, you don't need for weight loss if you want to keep energetic so include in your diet some dry nuts (soaked almonds, walnuts, peanuts), fruits and energy drinks.
