I'm 20 years old girl, my weight is 60 kg, I want to decrease 10 kg weight soon, I only a vegetarian, I am studying in Agriculture college there is no time to exercise and following diet food bcoz i'm staying in a hostel, Past 2 months daily morning in empty stomach I drinking Honey+Pepper, cumin seeds, sukku,jeera powder+lemon mixing with warm water, I do not know whether it is giving result or not, From today onwards I decided to drink Green tea in evening time instead of tea, If this two drinking plan will help me to lose weight? What can I do? Pls help me. I want to put ny old dresses.
