I am 26 year old suffering from pcos. My periods are irregular. Its being one year i'm taking medicine to get my periods. I am scared tha.

You have pcos and irregular periods. Do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning to be mentally strong. Take proper balanced diet. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height as more weight has bad effects on reproduction. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
