I use eyeglasses with power minus 0.5 in both eyes. Recently I had started pouring cow ghee drops in my eyes and I found results to be positive as I could see more clearly. I want to know whether I stop using spectacles as after wearing them again my vision gets blurred. Also I would like to know harmful effects, if any, of using cow ghee.

The treatment you are following is called as tarpana karma in ayurvedic panchakarma treatments. This treatment is very useful in treatment of Astigmatism, Myopia etc. Visual disturbances. Yes you can get you eyes checked at optimetrist and if eye sight less than 0.25 stop using spectacles. There are no side effects with the use of cow ghee, but the use and procedure you follow matters.
