I want to gain stamina & my immunity power is so week. Please suggest me regarding my issue. I also want to increase my sex stamina & want to satisfy my wife. As I all day do work continues so after going home I am like dull. There is no any enthusiasm in my life. Please guide me in proper way so I can easily follow you. & one more question is should I take Shilajit to gain my stamina. Is there any side effects.
