I am 21. My weight is 52 kg. I want to be of 72 kg. I hit gym daily for 1 hour. I want to develop muscles. I take milk, curd,yogurt, cheese, buttermilk daily. Besides that I eat peanut butter, badampak,oats, dark chocolate,malt. I eat walnut, cashew.In fruits, I eat cheeks, papaya, banana and coconut water. I eat all these up to 5 days without any problems but after 5 days I feel my stomach is so upset. feel bloated. After that I started to feel muscleache in my entire body. It takes 3-4 days to be alright. What is this, I don't understand. In this way ,i can't build my body. But I always think I must build muscular body. But how can I make muscular body in 6-8 months without feeling any sick. How can I take care my stomach in these days. Is there any way?

Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein- take, fish, eggs, chicken..Take, apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk, almonds. Take banana with hot milk in the breakfast. You are eating everything that is coming your way, without looking at macro nutrients required for muscle building. With so much of milk products, stomach will be bloated only. Also do not eat high sugar products like badam pak, chocolates, malt etc. Eat more plant based unprocessed foods like sprouts, soybeans etc.
