I am 52 years old some time I suffer from stomach pain on gas pass through up or down. And Due to acidity chest fell like vomiting. Please suggest

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to acidity/ GERD - avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also restrict tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day, avoid alcohol & smoking (if you do) - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains - chew your food well, have 5-6 small meals rather than three large meal including snacks, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids with 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - take a walk for 5-10 min after each meal - reduce weight by diet & exercise which is the main cause of your problem - take tablet Pan D, 1 tab daily morning half an hour before breakfast.

Increase you intake of water take the meal timely, go regular for exercise and walk. Take early morning 10 ml fresh juice of amla and mishri will reduce your acid.
