Am of age 25 n from the age of 14 I have more pimples I had consulted doctor wer he I has given some cream to apply after a year of treatment it was less in conditions with acne but some 4 to 5 pimples were common now again am getting the pimples as I have stopped the treatment. Suggest me the best way to reduce these scar n pimples.

Use a face wash containing salicylic acid and a gel containing Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% at night whenever you have active acne.Drink lots of water.Take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents.Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily.�Acne marks can be removed by microdermabrasion or chemical peels.
