The medicine you taking is inducing thyroid hormones. The effect may be less and to cope with present health from its strength. That makes rest of the symptoms.

When one is on treatment for Hypothyroidism with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine, then TSH is well controlled and maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at that level all the symptoms are in check. Since your TSh level is 6.48 mU/L, there is a need for increasing the dose of thyroxine from present level to 62.5 mcg per day. Then check the TSH after 6 to 8 weeks and values come to the above mentioned level, then same dose needs to be continued. If TSH is still higher than recommended, then there has to be a further increase in the dosage. Only maintaining correct TSH level will help in overcoming all the symptoms including hair fall.
