I had breakup with my bf. I loved him so much but he cheated me. Insulted me. Now I might feeling so depressed I had physical relation with me him I don't know how to overcome with it. I nearly feel connected with it BTW all this is can't focus on my studies in feel demotivated that there is nothing In my life. What should I do?

Hello dear Every relationship teaches something to the person. It is important for the person to learn and move ahead in life. Try to think positive about the present and future and focus on your present goal that is your studies. Discuss with your friends to express your emotions and spend good time with them to distract yourself from your past. With time you ll able to move ahead and be happy.
