I want to reduce weight ,i am doing cycling every day upto 18 kms. But I donna want to eat because if I eat less ,it says I have taken less nutrients so so good diet what should I eat ,basically I am from chennai ,Tamil nadu, so please say diet plans and how many hours should I sleep. Does sleeping includes in a diet?

Hi, hope you are doing well. It's good to hear that you are doing cycling daily. To loose weight it is not compulsory to stop eating. You can even start eating in small meals and that will help you to loose weight as well. If you are eating properly, to keep you you fit, sleep is important as well.
