Doctor I am 21 years old and my question is I masturbate like 2 to 3 times daily even sometimes there is penis pains a lot due to excessive masturbation and my pink head of the penis is always out of the penis muscle even it is normal. And I have developed some black dots like patches just at the top of the penis (tip of the pink head part, just around the urine hole) so I would like to know what it is? N why it is formed?
