I am always gastric. I try and avoid all heavy food but inspite of that I feel bloated and gastric what is the remedy? it can be very embarrassing if you keep farting all the time.

Dear lybrateuser, - To get relief from your problem take some precautions: - avoid spicy, fried, sour & junk food, restrict intake of tea/ coffee to 1-2 cups per day - avoid gas forming foods such as beans, milk & milk products, pulses, lentils, vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, raw onion, garlic, also tomato, citrus fruits like orange, sweet lime, lemon - chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals,do not skip meals, have meals on time, do not lye down for about an hour after meals, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night, have a light dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime at night - have 7-8 glasses of water along with other fluids per day for proper digestion - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tab daily half an hour before breakfast in the morning - reduce weight by diet & exercise to improve your condition.
