Sir, I asked regarding to my mother yesterday. She is treated with 3chemo and 25radiation. As barium test suggest narrowing in lower 3rd in esophagus after radiation and after approx 10 month barium test suggest segmented narrowing. She feel difficulty in swallowing and vomiting in approx 1to2 month interval. Past my doc. Suggest bacterial infection and prescribed ofloxacin400 and enzoflam tablet which was vary effective and she feels ni difficulty in swallowing. Now she has same problem when she stops these tablets problem begins. Would barium test result segmented narrowing tells about the problem ad why when she takes regularly above mentioned tablets she becomes normal? Is there any problem taking ofloxacin tablet regularly?
