I am 32 years old and my weight is 84 kg so I want to loose it .please help me to provide steps or solution loose the same.

You can loose weight by eating right and exercising regularly. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole grains and eat at regular interval without skipping any meal. Avoid over eating at all times. Stop eating when you still can have few more bites for a better digestion. Exercise regularly and aim for being fit. Focusing on fitness rather than weight will give you more satisfying results.
