I had a slip disc surgery of l4-5 previous year bh which I reduced my weight and again I gained approx. 5 kg which I have to reduce asap.

After the surgery it is advisable the you maintain a healthy weight and focus on fitness specially back. Exercise regularly and build on your back strength by strengthening your core. Always exercise under trained personal and eat home made food, avoid packet and outside food. Take care of your sitting and working postures and exercise to improve them as well. Work on fitness and your weight will automatically reduce.
