I need to reduce my stomach. I am walking alot these days to reduce my stomach and because of this I have reduced my weight as well. But stomach is not reduced much. Even I don't eat junk food. L or much oily food. Can you please suggest the best and fastest way of reducing stomach.

Junk food is not only what you eat out in fast food restaurants or in streets. Any food that is made in factory and comes to in a pack is junk. Many snack foods or even regular meals made at home are also junk. Junk foods are those which do not have any nutritional value. Overcooked foods don't help in weight reduction. Now you know what not to eat.
