I have gained a lot of fat near my belly area which makes me sad and shameful while I remove my clothes. I want to get rid of it and want to increase my stamina level and fitness level. I too have dark circle near eyes how to get rid of them. Please help me.

Belly fat increases due to minimal physical work and eating processed carb rich food. We keep on eating certain foods thinking they are not unhealthy. But they are actually unhealthy, like - white sugar, refined flour (maida) & oil. When we cook something or even eat a biscuit, it contains either or all three of these hidden unhealthy foods. Eating 1 biscuit gives calories more than you can burn in a 30 mins walk. But we do not think much before eating these foods. Most of our packed and home made snack foods are culprit for increase in belly fat. Replace these with natural foods like fruits, salad and nuts.
