Doctor, Am asking a question for my friend. She feel dizziness in the morning when she got up from the bed. Once upon a time she had dizziness as well as vomiting. What is the reason behind it? And is there any food diet or something like that? My question is this, does this dizziness and vomiting occurs due to any ear balance problem.
