I am 53 and I am walking daily 6 to 7 km at speed 6.2 km/hr. Is it ok at my age. I want to be fit and want to gain weight below 70. Please advise.

Your walk routine is good. You should continue it. To reduce weight, eat more salads, with each meal. Take 2+3 fruits daily. Avoid sugars, oils in diet. Reduce 20% of your diet.
