Try to wake up early in the morning and sleep before 10 pm at night eat food slowly by chewing it properly avoid performing any other task during eating give your complete attention and time to the food while eating avoid stress aggravating conditions avoid tea, coffee, tobacco, alcohol, curd,vinegar, milk (at night, fried, junk, spicy food stuffs drink boiled water practice pranayam do min 30-60 min workout daily don't skip meals drink water at regular intervals.
