Hi lybrate-user, you can use coconut oil or any medicated oil for whole body massage before taking your bath. Put some neem leaves/ tulsi leaves to bathing water use besan or gram flour to wash away the excess oil. After this apply any moisturizer before the body gets dry. Drink 2-3 litres of water daily a sound sleep of 8 hrs is must add more fruits, leafy vegetables to your diet avoid hot n spicy food, junk and fatty food avoid soap.
