Dear lybrateuser, - A string immunity depends on your regular habits like regular exercise, proper restful sleep, reduce stress to minimum & very important one is to consume a well balanced diet - follow some tips to boost your immunity - have a well balanced diet containing more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, have whole grains like wholewheat, brown rice, oats, corn, protein rich foods like eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, healthy fats as in olive, canola or sunflower oil,, avocados, seafoods & nuts, all these foods help to build a strong immunity when consumed as per daily requirement of the body - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, also yoga, meditation & deep breathing which reduce stress, improve blood circulation whereby improving immunity - avoid alcohol, smoking, pollutants, allergens which weaken immunity - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & wake up time fixed - a well balanced & a proper daily routine is the key to a strong immunity & protect one against various diseases.
