Hello doctor, I am 30 male and recently married. I have some serious issues about sex. I have very high sex desire. I want to have sex with most ladies. So this sex addiction or thoughts goes on in my mind all the time i do have pimples on my face and many parts of body randomly. But my actual problem is I am not able to do sex physically. I don't get proper erection. Its like I get erected very fast. If I don't engage in intercourse soon it goes off. If I do some foreplay, it goes off. And if I do intercourse, within few strokes I ejaculate. Me and my wife have tried very much for erection one more time. But does not happen. Get erection only once in a day, even if I want o have sex very much. I need your help desperately Thanks and regards.
