First. I advice you to not think about the result of exam. For most people stress increases as they are worried or thinking exccesly about the result. But you should know that. Results are not in your hand. So, if you r not stressed your concentration and memory improves. So, you have to trust urself by committing to work hard and also smartly. And it?s a known fact that hard work always pays off and along with hard work, luck also adds. So, there r maximum chances for you to reach your goal. You can study for 45 min and take a 5 or 10 min break. And during that break eat nuts or fruits. Don?t skip breakfast ,lunch or dinner and sleep at least for 5 to 6 hrs. I wish you all the very best and believe you will come out with flying colours.

Hello. It is great that you wish to take up this noble profession. All good things come with some hardships. Remember that your focus should be on the process and not simply the result. If you keep focusing at the end result only then you would not be able to focus on the "NOW" i.e. The studying preparation time. You can make alot of small changes called LIFESTYLE CHANGES. These should be done not only for nowbut for lifelong. 1. Start by making a schedule 2. Do not try to overachieve for e.g. To study 20 hours a day and rest only for 4. Make a balanced schedule for studying and relaxing. 3. Sleep is essential. Adopt sleep hygiene. 4. Stay away from bad habits and excessive stimulants 5. Lastly try to practice 5 minutes of mindfullness each to focus on the now. I must add that anxiety is IMPORTANT to life and not always negative. There is no Cure for anxiety, its a neurochemical reaction and a bit of anxiety helps you focus and study better. (Flight, fright, fight). But if your anxiety continues or worsens and affects sleep, mood and other spheres then please seek consult from a good Psychiatrist & or therapist.
