now days I am at as I am preparing for an exam so after every 2 hrs I want something to eat. I put on 5-7 kgs weight and I don't know what to eat every time I can't waste my time in cooking anything and I am having sweets biscuits and chips an all thing. Please tell me what I have to eat.
