I have applied nipcare ointment. But without cleaning it I just feed my baby. Does it harm my child.

Nipcare contains lanolin which is used as a moisturizing agent. If it was a one time incident and assuming that the baby may have ingested a small amount of it, there is nothing to worry. An oral overdose of lanolin can cause diarrhoea, rash, vomitting, swelling/redness of skin. For future purposes I would advise you to wash your nipples before feeding your baby if you have applied the cream.
