I have undergone c section two months ago. Since one and half month I am suffering from piles (inner and outer). From then I haven't passed the stools properly becoz of fear of pain. Every time I feel the urge to pass the stool, I used to stop, some stool used to leak out of anus and with that I felt pressure on stitches and felt like they splitted and am having pain near stitches from then. Since yesterday, liquid stool is leaking and it contains mucus and I have seen some blood lumps. Every 10 min I am having the urge and passing the liquid stool with slight abdominal pain. I am very much worried. Please help me.

Consult a Surgeon immediately. From the history it is likely that you have impacted fecoliths and liquid stools trickling down around it. You need examination. If the impacted stools issue is confirmed and if it is not relieved by the conservative measures like Seitz bath, then you may be suggested manual removal under GA.
