Hii. I'm an Runner but I want to loose weight currently 70 kg nd I want 65 to 62 range. Nd my question is Eating of rise with Dal causes any weight gain effect or If I avoid eating it can loose weight?

White rice is high calorie carb which when eaten more can cause weight gain. Dal is fine. But then wheat also can cause weight gain. If consumption is within your daily calorie requirement, it won't add weight. But rice and wheat foods can be easily over-eaten. Have in moderation and increase all associated foods like dals, veggies, fruits and nuts.
