I need to reduce weight in 4 month around 10 kg I am having muscle tear at shoulder can I go for gym or do walking cycling at home? Is it cause any deficiency if I eat lunch n remain of fruit and salad for whole day?

If you eat natural foods, fruits veggies and salads, it will help you reduce weight. Also take sunlight for 30 mins daily. You can do light exercise like stretching, walking, cycling until your shoulder heals.
